Train trip to Denmark

I'm going to Denmark today, with a stop-over in Malmö, to see Vix Viking from Crime City Rollers. Sweden is rolling by outside and I acctually slept for a couple of hours, the train to Malmö/Copenhagen is not bad, and I got a ticket on Tradera (the Swedish version of e-bay) for only 160 skr (that's about 23 dollars).

Sweden started of with being snow-covered outside the window, not it's just all sorts of shades of brown with naked trees and frozen lakes. Brrrrr... it really is November... I wanna sit at home and eat soup, I love soup during the fall and the winter and instead I'm rushing thruogh Sweden, but maybe I get to eat soup with Malou tonight. Yaya!!

I know I said I was gonna start working out, and it has to happen real soon. There are three things that makes me majorly cranky, not enough food, not enough sleep and not working out... yeah, no kidding, I am really cranky right now. I have a hard time sleeping during the nights, I have not gotten into a good work-out routine yet and I just keep on forgetting to eat and then end up snacking on something really unhealthy...

Yepp, there you go I am pushing ALL the three reasons for crankyness.... MMmMMmmm... call me the FLYING BITCH from Sweden... maybe my name should be Swede Bitch instead of the current Swede Hurt... I need coffee, I am going to venture around the train to find that suprisingly good coffee they have on the train!

This weekend is going to be packed of action, starting with Copenhagen Roller Derby having a party tomorrow, Crime City has a party on Saturday, but I'm not able to attend, because I'm going to work some event with the Copenhagen girls... and then I have to return to Stockholm on Sunday, oh the joy of traveling, I'm just hoping I can land a cheap ticket back to Stockholm!

Napping make wonders...

First the world was falling ovr my head and I just wanted to cry, and then I closed my eyes for only thirthy minutes, and when I arose the world was shiny and new and I had new strenght and motivation....

Oh that unreal pain

It starts on the inside, just somewhere dark inside, and it slowly travels around the body, the heart beats slower and a black feeling of nothingness overwhelms. One miss, and one don't miss, because missing seem to be quite worthless and has a lack of reality. All this in one breath, and in another one, and then it's the pain, the pain that doesn't exist, because it can't be explained, but it is there.

Stronger than ever one may appear, but just like that, broken, just like all of us, so lost in words and in pain, so not hungry, in the midst of a leap, but having nowhere to turn. Because how do you explain that it is all so easy but it is harder than ever.

Sweden at it's finest

So please come visit, stay for as long as you want, Sweden is your dream vacation coming true... I think I might be able to find you a puddle big enough to take a bath in! Don't worry, it's not thaaat polluted...

So yeah... Sweet SherryPie will tell you all about it

(Pie blog about food, because we all know food is amazing)

So I bet you are really curious what atheletes like us eat... and since I have been a little lazy on my food blogging, I wanted to point you in the direction of the blog that Pie wrote about her eating habits during Championals... CLICK HERE AND YOU will learn all about it!!

Lesbian rookie haircut....

(Oh, and I stole all photos from the intraweb, the book of faces)

Me and Rebel Rock-It have detected a pattern... lesbians that start with derby has bobbed hair with bangs... and then progresses to more elaborate short hairstyles in their second and third season... We have a very little sample of people to base this research on, currently just her, me and my girlfriend Mad Maloony... please let us know if you have any more picture proof to support this theory...

My tilted and jilted body!

So I have not really had a derby break since I started playing with Jet City in December 2007... I just have a hard time taking breaks, it just is not for me... but it has started to show, well maybe not show, but feel on my body right now. My knees are hurting, so is my back and shoulder... and it is not only because it is a full-contact sport, but also because we go around in quite a small tight little circle and all muscles get different preassure... Our bodies acctually become a little tilted and jilted, so we are becoming aerodynamic with the derbytrack... HA... BUT my dear friends, this come with the cost of pain! So for once I know we have tried to run practices in opposite direction, but we probably only skate 10% of practices in opposite direction, and to even out those poor bodies we would need more like 40-50% of practices to be ran in opposite directions...

I really do encourage leauges to run a few of their drill in opposite direction, it really really work wonders for your body, and also your skills... two flies in one swat!

So I am going on a slight derby break now, just until the end of January, I will attend practices, help run practices, I will travel for derby to help... all that I can do, I just also will put together a strength training program that will get me back to a less tilted and jilted person, as it is right now I cannot drive more than 45 min, and I get pains shooting down the entire right side and I have to stop... like really HAVE to stop!

To be fair, I have never been this fit, not since I was 20years old, and snowboarding was just another sport where you use your different sides in an uneven way, getting your body all uneaven... yeah, Iguess I know how to pick 'em...

But since we all know I need motivation, I decided to challange a girl from Paris in armwrestling (this might have started as a joke on facebook) and that is what I'm getting buff for, December 11th.. .at the German Championships!

Skating and Stockholm

Today I walked and had lunch with Kix DeVille, one of Stockholm’s rollergirls, had a terrible, really terrible sandwich at Wayne’s Coffee but the coffee was great, so I guess you win some, you loose some. That’s right, that’s life, as we know it. Except from the extremely disappointing sandwich it was a nice lunch. Kix was trying to talk me into going skating at the local indoor skate park tonight… and I must say I’m quite intrigued, but my back is still hurting and I am not completely opposed to just laying around on the couch and watching Swedish TV (that be an American shows with subtitles…). I don’t have Internet at home, so my sources of other fun are limited. I am not even iPhone borne here I have a Sony Ericsson with a cracked shield from 2004… (It was the shit back then)

I walked Drottninggatan from the city center back home to my ‘borough’… it takes about 25min, Stockholm is Sweden’s largest city, but it is hard to compare it to any of the American cities that I have lived in, it is populations wise larger than Seattle but is more compact and urbanized that Seattle… and nothing compares to NYC, so I try not to generalize or compare, even if it slightly entertains me to think of Drottninggatan as Stockholm’s 5th Avenue… Yes, I am laughing to myself….

(And YES, I ended up going skating, and it was FUN FUN FUN and AWESOME)

I look good for my 31 lived years

Just one of those late night reflections... but I did have four Guinness and half a bag of chips for dinner... so we will see how long the looks last, I mainly blame Smashed not Strrd from Stockholm Rollergirls, she is a VERY bad influence!

Looking over my shoulder

(Getting ready to jam against Texas , photo by Jules Doyle)

So as we all know by now, I'm back in Sweden, since two days back, and about after landing on Swedish soil, I waited around on the airport so my great Danish girlfriend could join me and together we went to Solna hallen to coach Stockholm Rollerderby... I love to help out derby here in Sweden, and hope in the future to get much more facetime with not only Swedish rollergirls, but also European of all sorts! EROC will be really interesting.

I love coaching with Loony, she really is a great coach and help for me, her previous experiance as a coach and trainer really shows. We compliment each other real well when we coach together, and I really like that! She is also an amazingly funny person, that I love to spend time with, and did I mention that she is also darn pretty?

I do miss Gotham, but it still just feels like I am on vacation, and OMG keep on jokingly asking me when I'm coming back from it. Ahhhrgghhh

Bye Bye New York and Gotham

(Waving Good-bye to Fisti)

I'm at the airport and I am crying, I hate leaving, and I think I sort of haven't really faced the fact that I am leaving. Not only do I love skating with Gotham, I also love those girls on the leauge... It was a rough first month in NYC, but now... I love it... maybe not the city, but the friends I have made...

Fisti came over and wached over my struggle to pack my belongings into three bags (that I had to pay overweight for). I bought her sushi to make her not to miss me so much, I still think she will miss me very much, because I will miss her very much. I didn't even get a bagel, but we did drink a beer... Breakfast Stout... at 1pm, the off-season really is here!

The light in hte end of the tunnel is that I get to see Malou tomorrow in Stockholm, and I also get to see my friend Em, that I really miss... I will aslo get to see the great girls of Stockholm Rollerderby... I guess I have something to do during my 9 hour flight, make up a ''lesson'' plan for them... I promised them they could get to touch the medals... I like that! I am gonna put them right next to my Swedish Nationals 3rd Cup (that was in snowboarding 2010)

Last day of New York

(WFTDA Championals 2010 photo by JoeRollerfan)

It's been 5 days since I skated... well, me, Fisti and Surly did something for NYC TV on Wednesday, but it was just very basic skating. My body is almost back to normal, Championals really were a hardcore weekend.
Today is the last day of NYC, but it is also the last day of slacking, after today I'm gonna get back to a more rigid off-skates training, just because I move back to Europe does not mean I am gonna allow myself to become a coach potato. (the pun is intended)

Today I need to clean my apartment, pack up the last of my belongings and head to Newark to get on a plane to Stockholm, I have a wedding party to attend Saturday. In a weak moment I promised the girls from Stockholm Rollerderby to swing by and lead a practice... I guess I have something to do on the flight... planning a practice for those awesome girls.

Nov 11, 2010

I really have amazing friends, oh I will miss them...

Yesterday I had dinner with some of my closest friends here in NYC, and I am so happy that those people are my friends, because they are the best. I did cook a vegan meal so Bunnys boyfriend could eat it, we drank cheap and expensive Champange and the roamed around all the clothes that I am not bringing to Europe... I almost talked Bonnie and OMG into sleeping on my floor... I guess it was worth a try! Right?

You meet people in life, and some you keep, and those people I want to keep in my life, forever and ever! (Bonnie is planning on locking me into the apartment, I hope she has a feeding plan)

Nov 10, 2010

My hair is running wild again, how do you tame à mane like mine? It really is no longer à haircut, it just is. It's not short anymore nor is it long, it still is at it's natural blonde state, but I'm considering colour... Maybe moving is change enough... I usually do something drastic to my hair when I feel like life is stomping on the same page, over and over and over again.

The story in short...

On my way to my last legue meeting with Gotham, it is sad, Gotham has treated me really well, and I am very happy that I decided to move here. It is almos a year ago since my slightly intoxicated father called me up an asked if I needed a place to live in NYC. I had previously toyed with the idea, and Bonnie and OMG were cheering me on in my thought of relocating to the east coast.

My Rat City saga ended with me leading my team to a win of the season opener. I packed my car and drove crosscountry with OMG, just to apear at the doorstep of Gotham in time for transfer try-outs... I spent a month sleeping on an airmatresse in Bonnie and OMGs extra room and going to freshmeat practice.and then I got drafted on Manhattan Mayhem and picked up by he Allstars... The rest is history...

I have learned alot about derby, I have made really dear friends and did I mention my skills have improved more than I ever thought was possible. I'm gonna miss everyone in the leauge, but I will miss the Mayhem girls and he Allstars a little extra... I will miss the fun times and I will miss the frustrating times!

Junk Food and snowboarding

(Me my last season competing Winter 2004 in Mammoth Mountain)

I am not big on junk food, never really have been, I don't really like fried food and pizza is reserved for the few days of hungoverness... but right now my body is craving all sorts of thing... this weekend was really hard on my body! Tournament weekends are hard!

I do have ONE weakness, and that is candy, not chocolate candy but salty and sour candy... sugar highhhh.... I get hiiiigh on sugar! NO kidding! So now when Championships are over I'm stuffing my face with candy, making me feel a little bad, but at the same time, not really, because soon I will be back in Sweden and running on the cold, cold streets of my native country...

I realized I need to get a new snowboard jacket and pants for this winter, not that I have gone forever, but my clothes are over seven years old, and no longer water resistant... For some reason I feel really intrigued to go snowboarding this winter, I haven't gone in seasons. I can't belive I used to compete...

Amazingness on so many levels

Back in NYC

What can I say? Goal achieved, I not only played Nationals, I took home a medal, it's not a gold, but it still a medal. It is amazing, just amazing! It is truly sad that I am leaving and don't get to skate with my beloved Gotham Allstars next season, but I have truly enjoyed this season.

I did really did reach one of my dreams, and I will continue to skate in Europe, trying to spread the love and word of derby.

And thanks to all of you that write and tell me that I am an inspiration to you, because you are all an inspiration to me.

When jamming....

(Championships 2010 photo by Dave Wood)

So when I was jamming against Texas Saturday morning I realized:
"Wow, I'm jamming at Nationals, for Gotham, against Texas... This is really cool!"

We are number three!!

We are number three!! And this is how happy you get when you are number three, you should see us when we are number one...

Suzy winns the arm-off...

It's really unreal, I'm moving back to Europe on Friday, so odd. So today is my last bout with Gotham, with the team I love, that inspire me to work hard, to skate hard and to win. It has been a fantastic year... A year ago I stood on the sideline of Championals and said: Next year I will be playing here. Skating hard has showed to be really what it takes, skating and doing push-ups.

Last year at Championals I also challanged Suzy Hotrod to an arm-off, and I must say that I already now declare her the winner!

Prepping for a game...

Watching the Goonies, yeah, that's right, that's how we prepare for our bout later today. Justin is kindly explaing the metaphors of life that are to be found in the movie. GONIES NEVER SAY DIE!

Wow, and Pie just threw her empty coffee cup on the TV!

Philly vs. Gotham... again

Philly vs, Gotham today... Playing for third, and I think we both want this medal real bad! Like real, real bad! Fistis mother ordered her roomservice so she is eating away on hashbrowns and eggs... I got the bacon strip, I'm a little obsessed with bacon... I think any day that start with bacon must be good...

Playing for third...

Well, playing Philly tomorrow for 3rd, ugh, regionals rematch allover again...

Sucks to not win

Sooo, yeah... We lost to Rocky Mountain, yeah... Hmmm... That sort of blows... Ugh... Yeah...

Beaten Texas!

Watching Charm City play Rocky Mountain, and Charm is putting up a real good fight. It does look like we will be playing Rocky if nothing miracously changes.

Texas also put up a really good fight against us, but we are playing the semi-finals later today. Two games in the same day, life ain't easy, floor is sticky and skaters shins are cramping up a little, but nothing some water and tigerbalm can't take care of.

Now back to feeding and drinking water!

06.00 AM Saturday morning

6.00 am and the alarm went off, Fisti refused to get out of bed while Pie jumped up and ran to the bathroom, Justin was a hero and went and got us COFFEE!

A shake, coffee and a banana later, I'm dressed and ready to play Texas... It's a first for everything and this is the first time I play Texas! Oh yeah! Oh yeah! Oh yeah!

Texas beat BAD in a very lowscoring game, so we are playing Texas tomorrow morning. I have never played Texas before, so it will be an entire new experiance.

It has been a long day with lots of derby, the only truly exciting game today was BAD vs. Texas, all the other games were quite easily predicted after 10 mins gametime. I missed Minnesota vs. Charm since we decided to go for food, semi-healthy Thai food... Charm did win that and are playing Rocky Mountain tomorrow. Philly vs Madison was a huge blow-out, and it was one of those painful games you just wanted to end. Madison did put up a fight, but were nowhere close to touch Philly who kept on pounding them down, that means Philly is playing Kansas tomorrow. The final game of the night, I only watched the first part, since I once again needed to go feed myself, japaneese this time, but without even going onto DNN I am sure that Oly knocked out Nashville from the tournament. So tomorrow we will see Oly play Windy City!

Now I'm gonna go to sleep... Next to little Sweet SherryPie who is petting her own belly...

The End for today

Nov 5, 2010

Waking up in Chicago, our room pitchblack and I had a really disturbing dream about being lost in China. I'm sharing a bed with Pie, and apperently she had disturbing dreams too, but not about being lost in China and sliding down a gigantic tree.

So now I'm drinking shitty hotel coffee in bed and making my shake, for after practice. Yeah, we have practice before we go and watch Texas vs. BAD. We are playing the winner of that game tomorrow morning, early morning!

Oh, so we made it to Chicago, flight was everything but pleasant, damn, I think our pilot had a secret dream of being a racecart driver or something. After safetly being back on the ground we ran into the Golden Girls at the airport... Good to see Demanda again, and she was as usually wearing a fancy outfit, BAD never dissapoints...
Then we wen for food, and on the way back to the hotel we realized why Chicago is called Windy City... pie got her first hail experiance...

I gave up

Checking a bag... yepp.. I gave up, I decided that I wanna make sure I am warm this weekend, so I am checking a bag... because I don't wanna get cold and catch a cold (I knooow, I am soooo witty...)

Packing for carry-on

(Like my tiny personal item....?)

So we don't wanna pay for a checked bag, do we? No we don't... so we have to cram everything into essentially two carry-ons... Well, one carry on, and one personal item... my personal item is very big... I am bringing my leather vest, my protein powder, and I am bringing a pair of extra shoes, and sweats, and pretty much nothing else... yeah, I belive in packing lots and nots... I just HATE checking bags, so I try to cram everything into a tiny carry on... more or less successful... I had to sit on my roll-bag to get it to close... 170 pounds to compress clothes, skates and extra wheels...

THis is the point where I probably should just go out and get a larger rollie, but I am not that kind of gal! So I'm just gonna continue being an idiot and try to pack more into tiny objects and call it a day... Oh yeah!

After four years we are no longer togheter...

(Me and the good ol' Subaru in Montana)

She will soon be sporting Connecticut plates and I will soon be walking on Scandinavian soil... ahhh... things we did together... She got the windshield punched by one lady and fixed by another, she got broken into and it made my cry, even if only a dollar in change got stolen. She was in a few little fender benders in Seattle. We drove from West to East together and we went snowboarding out West. She was nicely taken care of by OMG and Bonnie Thunders after we got to NYC....

She was my commuting vessel, when I lived in Seattle, worked and schooled in Tacoma and skated in Everett... Time is up, I will no longer play Tegan and Sarah while bobbing my head in my black Subaru Impreza Wagon... It is a little sad... does this make me less of a woman?

Nov 3, 2010

Tomorrow Chicago

(my carpet and couch goes well with my boutfit)

Today I have a thousand things to do, I have to put up a bunch of things in the apartment, I have to pack, I have to get some magic things from the Vitamin Store, get an extra pair of socks, I have to go out to Astoria and get my wristguards, elbowpads, kneepads and some extra wheels. I also need to eat, sleep and on top of it all I have promised to show a Swedish girl from Malmö - Crime City Rollers to Five Stride Skateshop... my pleasure...

I already went to the cobbler and got an extra eyelet put into my skate, I skate on Riedell 695's and they get to large around the ankles, so I had a cobbler put in extra eyelets on top, and it has worked great. But right before Eastern Regionals, one of the eyelets fell out, so I have actually been re-enforcing it with duct tape...

Oh, and did I mention I got my car sold too... so that is a little of a burden of my shoulders...

Three more sleeps to Championals...

(Hometown Throwdown in Portland photo by Jules Doyle)

Sometimes it's really frustrating to be on a team with amazing skaters, you will always feel like you are working so hard and keeping on hitting a wall, over and over again. Sometimes it's just frustrating and makes you cry, but then you just realize that you are just as good as they are, and what makes you all so great is that you are a team, a team that you can trust in wet and dry (Swedish expression - vått och torrt), there is nothing greater than being a part of a team and knowing everyone works so hard to reach the same goal. We are ready for Championals in Chicago, and I'm bringing a coat, it is Windy City after all...

Happy Halloween and thoughts on moving...

(Sunshine skate this, and now she is scared of me...)

I'm still feeling sick, but better, and Sunny and her girlfriend are here, and they are somewhat committed to the dressing up part... and I guess I could be buying into it, if I wasn't feeling so slow and tired... But you know, you cannot always be on top of it all.. But I guess I will take a shower and then maybe I will feel a little more up to it!

Listing to ''Hello Saferide'' and bopping my head... Malou found us a place in Copenhagen, so I guess it is really happening, I'm moving to Scandinavia... After seven years in US, I'm finally moving back to Europe, it is a really odd feeling. How will I really feel about it when I'm there, I don't know anyone in Copenhagen, really... except for Malou!

Hallooween special

(As someone said on Facebook... ''Chicks digs me'')

Yesterday was GGRD's last home-bouts for the season... Queens and Bronx fought hard and long about who would win the Championship... and Bronx came out as the winners.
Ahhh...

Me, Fisti, Razor and Pie were inpersonating the band Fornyx... Hopefully pictures of the entire band will come soon... but for now I only have the picture of me and Schnitt, who dropped out of the band to be a chicken.. does that mean she is chicken...?

Walking home from the afterparty took forever and we saw a girl get hit by a cab, it was really crazy... like really crazy... and getting a cab on the weekend of Halloween is just like getting a cab on new years eve.. totally impossible!

Oct 30, 2010

So I am not really a hypocondriac...

(This is how GGRD Allstars are getting ready for the WFTDA Championships)

I hate going to the doc, but since my lungs been hurting and it has been feeling like breathing thru a straw the past weeks, I finally did it... I guess it was good... She gave me antibiotics, told me to rest lots and drink fluids...
I had tons of water and four exciting beers at the Blind Tiger with one of the Stockholm Rollergirls... I acctually first took her to Five Stride and there I ran into some Gent Go-Go Girls too.. ah, Five Stride really is a worldly Derby Central...

I ended the night by falling asleep on TipHers bed, after trying her costumes on... I felt acomplished... Now I'll get some more rest by setting up for the GGRD Championships tonigh.. Bronx vs. Queens.... Suzy Hotrods last bout with Queens of Pain...

Oct 29, 2010

WFTDA Championships are ONE week away

Trying to sell my car, going to the doctor, missing my girlfriend, taking traintrips with Fisti Cuffs, carving pumpkins, skating, skating, skating, skating and some more skating.... yeah... that pretty much is my life right now.

Oct 28, 2010

On the note of getting fit

(and when I don't work-out, I breakdance at Five Stride)

Yesterday I was feeling like shit, but after spending some time at Five Stride with OMG I decided to go to practice anyway. It was fun, I am still breaking my new skates in, and it was a mellow practice to do that at.
We ended the practice by doing 300 crunches... with almost no rest inbwtween... oh yeah... sixpack here I come!! And when I say sixpack, I do not mean the kind you drink... I mean the one on the front of my body that is attached to the body...

OH YEAH!

Oct 26, 2010

Getting ready for WFTDA Championships...

(I really belive drinking mimosa makes you a better skater)

So after Saturday morning practice we ended up at mimosa central... aka FIVE STRIDE SKATE SHOP to be honest we brought the mimosas and OMG remounted my plates for me while watching Bonnie squeezing some girls feet... I mean... who does not want Bonnie Thunders Squeezing their feet... One of the Swedes that was visiting me last week got her feet fitted and squeezed by Bonnie... and now has a pair of amazing skates so she can kick ass with West Coast Bombshells... Yay for Swedish rollerderby... And this upcoming weekend, Stockholm Rollerderby, have their first bout against Hamburg (that's in Germany folks... )

Pain and Practice

(Yes, it's me and the famous Bonnie Thunders at Time Square... TOURISTING)

So my brother came and visited, he also drank all my protein powder, but he bought me a small protein powder shaker, since my herbalife one is in Sweden.... so I guess he is forgiven...
He left and now all I have left is a bunch of practices... and I am gonna make them count... I will.. Today was my last scrimmage with Manhattan Mayhem, it was really sad, adn I wanted to cry, I almost dis, I was gonna have a little speach... but it just were not to happen, since I would have cried like a child... and hardcore tough Swedes like me dont do that kind of thing! HA HA

I also had the great joy of being the bottom of a pileup, and the outcome was a a charlie horse leaving me limping like a dumb boy. Must say that was NOT the highlight of the night... land-drills today was held by my amazing captain Sweet Sherry Pie, and I have a feeling some of us will be hurting tomorrow... my horse Charlie will be the one hurting the most...

Oct 25, 2010

Tired but happy

My brother is here and we even bought matching t-shirts today. Yesterday we had morning practice and then we spent the day drinking mimosas at Five Stride... and then I lost my brother to the NYC nightlife...

Oct 21, 2010

Mayhem also won over Suburbia on October 9th

(Me jamming, Fisti, Tip and Thighs blocking, Photo by Tigoe)

It started kind of rocky, but then we kicked into gears and became a force to reckon and fear...

Tyra mail and Swedes...

So my Swedish friends were in town for a couple of days and piled up in my studio apartment... So six people in this small space, I guess Swedes can make it work, because we had a blast. Lately me and Loony been obsessed with Americas Next Top Model, and this showed when we all in a tipsy haze got wigs... We scared the general population of New York by screaming 'pose' 'pose' 'pose' on the subway, while snapping shot on our iPhones.. and when we reached my apartment the DRESS UP began...

They all ended up going out to the bars in their amazing wigs and outfits, I stayed home, I had travel-team practice Saturday morning.... things I do for roller-derby

The death of the counting days

(East Regionals, Gotham vs. Charm City photo by BrendanMc)

I keep on getting too busy to write on the blog, I continue to eat well and skate lots and lots... but when it comes down to it all... I just have been to lazy to keep track of my eating and my exercise. It feels like I'm always doing something and eating something.

Nationals just around the corner, and that makes me really happy... really... really happy... and nervous and excited! Well, YES I know it is not Nationals, it is WFTDA Championships, and Gotham is playing either Texas or Bay Area first... EARLY in the morning... yeah, our first bout is 9.30 in the morning or something crazy like that...

Oct 6, 2010

Day One - again

(Me and Loony)

I like starting over, it's like I have a clean slate to build from, but it is actually a stronger clean slate than my first day one... that was five month ago. I also like to have goals, and now it is to be in shape and all that for WFTDA Championships in Chicago.

Today me and Loony are going to MoMA for a more cultural aspect of our lives and then I guess we are heading for leauge practice, we are both still sore since Bonnie Thunders KICKED out ASSES on Monday... So we will look like two little gimps at the museum.
